Editor's note: This story is available as a result of a content partnership between WFTV and the Orlando Business Journal. Before 2022, a home in Baldwin Park — Orlando's trendy master-planned development on its northeast side — had never sold for more than $2.5 million. Since then, however, three such deals have occurred — with the recent $2.95 million sale for the home at 4601 New Broad St. representing a new record for the community. The Premier Sotheby's International Realty team of agents Mick Night and John Pinel announced the transaction — saying it sets 'a new benchmark' for Baldwin Park — and represented the sellers in the deal, which closed last week.
